Alexander Special Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon leaves no doubt he has succeeded in his mission. Sourced from the Upper Galilee, thought by many to be home to Israel's best vineyards, the grapes are carefully selected and only harvested at their perfect peak of ripeness and balance. In the winery, Shalom applies painstaking, spare-no-expense winemaking techniques to coax the very best flavors from the fermentation. The proof is in the bottle: Deep color, aromas of cassis, roasted coffee beans and menthol, giant flavors of blackberry and fresh vanilla bean. Try it with a rustic lamb stew, Steak Diane, or even a Chicago-style deep dish pizza.
