Adir Plato Cabernet Sauvignon 2013 is from the Adir Kosher Winery in the Upper Galilee in Israel. The grapes are harvested from the Kerem Ben Zimra Vineyards only when there are exceptional grapes to make the Plato, the winery's best. The wine is aged in French oak barrels for 24 months. It has received prestige prizes and international recognition. It is a very robust wine, incorporating a perfect balance between a wide range of aromas and flavors.
